On April 16th, Lifelites was proudly announced as one of the 16 charities nominated for GamesAid's Elected Charity for the 2024/25 period. GamesAid, a renowned charity within the UK video games industry, is set to select five of these nominated charities to receive its support.

GamesAid is dedicated to raising funds and providing direct assistance to UK charities that work with children and young people, especially those who are vulnerable or disadvantaged. The support from GamesAid isn't just financial; it also includes crucial engagement assistance with the video game industry and ongoing support throughout the year.

The scope of GamesAid’s support is broad, extending from medical aid and social mobility enhancements to pastoral care and mental health services, among other vital areas. Their inclusive and positive approach encourages a diverse array of charities to connect with the industry and gain nomination.

Lifelites stands out by providing cutting-edge gaming technology to children with life-limiting conditions, enhancing their lives through the power of play and digital exploration. With the voting process now open to GamesAid members, Lifelites seeks your valuable vote to continue offering the joy and escape of gaming to these exceptional children.

Voting will remain open until May 2nd. Your support can make a significant difference in continuing to deliver these vital services to children in palliative care.
